A:   Here are the services that the Captiva Property Owners' Association maintains:

     Mailbox Repairs*    

Instead of CALLING for a simple work request, please fill out the form describing the issue in detail and then submit the order electronically.  The work request will be examined and processed as soon as possible.  Should additional information be required, a representative from the management company will contact you back.

If you have any problems using the email form, please use the email link above to send
a regular email requesting your work order.

*Some services may be dependent upon owner payment/copay.
The management company will advice you if the work is billable,   partially billable   OR   free of charge.
