Paint Color Options

Paint color selections are available for our homes. There is a book of possible selections available for your review prior to your home repainting. About a month prior to your scheduled home repainting date, the management company will be contacting you to coordinate a paint selection. At this time you may review the color options in the book and make an official selection. Leasing Notice
August 19, 2010 Homeowners are reminded that the rules and terms and conditions for leasing their residence are defined in Article X, Section 15 of the Captiva Documents. If you do not have a current copy, you can find them online HERE. Homeowners must submit a "Lease Application" along with the appropriate fees and deposit and a copy of the lease prior to allowing tenants occupancy. The "Lease Application" and instructions are available HERE on the website OR by contacting the Management Company. |
Street Parking Notice
December 22, 2010 - To Present The Captiva Board has recently decided to ease the parking restrictions regarding parking on the grass. The new guideline allows for vehicles to be partially parked on the grass in front of their residence. Only one front and rear tire may be parked on the grass with the restriction that only 50% of the width of the vehicle is on the grass and 50% on the pavement. Residents that park the entire vehicle or more than 50% of the vehicle on the grass are still subject to having their vehicles towed at the owner’s expense. We would also like to remind residents that two vehicles on opposite sides of the street should never park across from one another in a way that would restrict the right of way to a vehicle in the center of the street. The Palm Beach Sheriff's Department HAS and will continue to issue parking tickets to vehicles that have blocked emergency vehicle access. We appreciate your cooperation regarding these new parking guidelines. Please be considerate in this regard! |
